In any field of work, knowledge is crucial; you can't do a job if you don't know how to do it. The Information Technology field is exciting (or frustrating, depending who you ask) because the knowledge base changes rapidly. Because my professional mission revolves around providing users with information and solving their technical problems, a personal requirement for me is to acquire a vast knowledge of Information Technology.

Because the body of knowledge is constantly changing, I have to constantly be learning. Through traditional schooling, industry certification, and personal information technology projects, I constantly strive to expand my understanding of all things IT and update what I already know.
